English Text Policy Per Vol. 4 No. 1 (2022)
Dear Author, as for Vol. 4 No. 1 (2022) onward, we are still accepting submissions of manuscripts written in Indonesian. However, after it has been reviewed and corrected by the author to meet the predetermined standards, we will require the author to translate the manuscript into English with a professional translator. We did this as an initial step for JIEMAN to become an international journal. We will upload the English manuscript as the main article, while the Indonesian language manuscript serves as a supplement. By doing this, we expect that our Locale readers will face no difficulties in getting new insight from JIEMAN as well as it is part of JIEMAN's transformational steps in attracting a wider audience.

Abstract
Keywords
Keywords must be chosen carefully. They should:
The introduction must be written out briefly, concisely, clearly, but adequately so that it can be replicated. This section contains the explanation of the research approach, subjects of the study, the conduct of the research procedure, use of materials and instruments, data collection, and analysis techniques. These are not theories. In the case of statistical uses, formulas that are generally known should not be written down. Any specific criteria used by the researcher in collecting and analyzing the research data should be completely described. This section should be written not more than 10% (for qualitative research) or 15% (for quantitative research) of the body.
The introduction consists of a background statement, research questions, theoretical framework, literature review.
The discussion consists of the research findings, including a description of the collected data, analysis of the data, and interpretation of the data using the relevant theory.
The conclusion is not merely a summary of the main topics covered or a re-statement of your research problem but a synthesis of key points and, if applicable, where you recommend new areas for future research.
The reference is a reading list that enriches the writing so that it remains listed authors with or without directly referenced in the text. The reference consequently loads all the author's reading list compiled alphabetically. The composition of the reference used should consist of 80% of primary references (journals, proceedings) and a maximum of 20% of secondary references (textbook) published in the last 10 years and each article should have at least 15 references.

Journal articles often list multiple authors, particularly in the sciences. If there are four to 10 authors, list all the authors in the bibliography. In writing footnotes, only the first author's name is written followed by et al. (and others). For more than ten authors (no examples are given here), list the first seven authors in the bibliography, followed by et al.
